As a therapist with over 10 years of experience in a variety of settings, Matt works with clients to help them to make positive changes and to feel more in control of their life.


Matt has particular experience in providing therapy for younger people and has worked extensively with adults in NHS mental health settings and private practice

By using an Integrative therapeutic approach, which combines Psychodynamic, Person-centred, and Humanistic theories, as well as CBT tools and techniques, Matt’s therapy can help with:

relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, stress, helping to understand and treat past trauma, domestic and sexual abuse and past grief.

At the Northgate clinic, Matt offers short term therapy (6-8 sessions) as well as more long term, open-ended therapy

counselling therapies
