Clinical Massage
Clinical massage is a form of healthcare massage that encompasses a range of techniques and approaches. It is an outcome-based holistic treatment in which you establish a health and wellbeing goal in consultation with your practitioner. It can used for general relaxation although it provides a level of care beyond basic relaxation techniques. It is a wonderful wellbeing treatment that is tailored to you.
Keeping in line with the Jing© training protocol, a typical body massage will incorporate:
· Myofascial Release, to help reduce restrictions in the body’s connective tissue

· Heat/cold for easing off soft tissue tension and reducing inflammation
· Swedish Massage, to increase blood and lymph circulation
· Acupressure points to aid in unblocking stagnant energy within your body
