Gayle is an experienced Holistic Therapist with a strong belief in whole-person care. Her approach recognises that physical health and wider wellbeing are closely connected, and that complementary therapies can work alongside conventional healthcare to support balance, recovery and quality of life.
She works collaboratively with each client, taking time to understand their individual circumstances and adapting treatments to their particular needs. Gayle sees holistic therapy not only as a response to specific concerns, but as an opportunity to take an active and considered approach to maintaining health and wellbeing.
Gayle is committed to continuing professional development and regularly expands the range of therapies she is able to offer. Her practice includes Scar Therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), and she has recently qualified in Facial Reflexology with Buccal Intraoral Massage. She is also currently undertaking further training to become a Control Practitioner.
Her experience enables her to work with people of different ages, needs and abilities. Gayle has undertaken specialist cancer care training through The Christie Charity in Manchester and dedicates part of her working week to supporting people undergoing cancer treatment and those receiving palliative care. She also works one-to-one with adults with learning difficulties, carefully adapting treatments to make them accessible, comfortable and appropriate for each individual.
Alongside her clinical work, Gayle has a strong commitment to community wellbeing. Her contribution has been recognised with an award at the Kent Health and Beauty Awards — recognition she is quietly proud to have received.
At The Northgate Clinic, Gayle brings together her range of therapeutic skills with a warm, thoughtful and individual approach, helping each client find the support that is right for them.
