Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is a safe and natural healing therapy, which reduces and sometimes eliminates negative emotions that occur around a distressing event, whether real or imagined. It involves simple light touches applied over the acupressure points on the body in small repetitive tapping sequences. It is non invasive and the tapping is carried out by the person on their own body. It is often fast and has no adverse side effects
